dresser, chest of drawers, bed.... FREE!!! (Dubuque)
I have a few things I need to get rid of... they are free!!! A dark wood dresser. I think it's solid wood.. but not completely sure... I do know that it is quite heavy and sturdy! It does have some scratches on the top of it and some water spots on it. Has four good-sized drawers and three smaller drawers for socks, etc. It's not the prettiest thing, but for someone that is in need, it will work! Second is a chest of drawers that's a medium brown color. No big scratches on it or anything. Supposed to have 4 drawers but the face of the bottom drawer is missing (it came off and i'm not sure where I put it!) Again, not in wonderful shape, but it is sturdy! Third, I have a 2 queen size mattress and 1 box spring. Bed is pretty old... not exactly sure how old but I'd say 10 years or maybe a little bit more than that. It's not in terrible condition, but does dip in the middle a bit. I put an egg-carton like matress pad and also a memory foam pad over the matress (which I don't want either) and it's very comfy!! The box spring is one of those that is in two pieces. Everything is from a pet free home! Just getting rid of it because I'm getting different bedroom furniture and doing some rearranging. I am getting new stuff on the May 18th.. so want to get rid of it before that or it will be all getting hauled away to a second hand store before that date.
