FREE concrete stairs/stoop with railing REVISED (Matteson)
This is from a manufactured home. all your's. contact me to make an appointment, we are in a Maple Brook which is a gated community. There are 4 stairs with a stoop and a black metal handrail, typical of what you would see as an entry for a manufactured home or trailer. It's appro 4 feet high without the railing that is bolted on. It's approx 4 feet wide. It's solid and strudy and is likely heavy. You will likely need a truck or a trailer and manpower to move this. It looks like this, but the hand rail is black metal.
