Free downed trees for firewood (Near Akeley, MN)
We have a couple lots outside out of Akeley that have a bunch of downed trees of various species on them. I'm sure there are many free pickup loads for someone who is going to be respectful of the property. Much of the wood is toward the front of the lots, so you can easily cut it up and load up the truck. Free heat, perfect for someone with an outdoor wood burner.
