Bissell Power heat Steam cleaner - apart (North Shore / Lake Whatcom)
Hi, I've got a steam cleaner that my gf, ex gf took apart to fix, but didn't fix it nor put it together. It's problem: it doesn't heat the water. I was going to do it myself but I don't have carpeting and it's too sunny and nice to invest my time. If you think you can put it together, more power to u.
